It covers most game rules for MCSSA regular season and playoff games - and is intended for use by both referees and teams. All other league rules are, or will be, provided in files below. Also see the league's constitution on the About the MCSSA page. 7/12/03 - Guidelines for rescheduling games are now posted below. 5/28/02 - Revised Key Responsibilities & Rules for Home, Visiting, and Both Teams - now 30 minutes grace for BOTH teams. This is important stuff for team leaders; do print out, know, and observe these practices for successful games. 7/31/01 - Added brief Rules/Guidelines for Playoff Games Referee Assignments/Payment and Tied Game Resolution in WORD file below (pretty much as emailed to all teams Tue 7/31/01). 6/7/00 - Really lousy weather and a few phone calls has prompted the addition of some brief Rainout Notification Guidelines in files list below.
